Monthly Luncheon - "Turnout and Related Voter issues". CHANGED LOCATION and FORMAT!! Wednesday,March 21, 2018, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm at Holiday Inn Historic Downtown, 301 Government Blvd, Mobile. Jaclyn Bunch, Ph.D., Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice at the University of South Alabama and LWVM Board member, will address turnout and related voter issues.

All LWVM luncheon events are open to the public, but reservations are required. Please send Jane Gordon your reservation or 251-402-3321 by Thursday, March 15, 2018. Lunch is $20 c/c or $21 cc.

Mobile March for our Lives. From their post: This year, so far, 50 or more children and adults have been injured or killed in school shootings. This has to end. This is a march to save our lives.

Join us on March 24, 2018 from 1pm-3pm at the Public Safety Memorial Park, to peacefully march against the current lack of gun regulations and to mourn the loss of those involved in school shootings.

LWVM will be present in support and to offer voter registration.
